GENERAL DESCRIPTION


photo 4CM100,000A The 4CM100,000A is a ceramic/metal high power tetrode. It is ideal for use as a plate-and-screen modulated Class C rf amplifier. The tube is characterized by high gain, simplifying drive circuit requirements.

Its rugged dense mesh thoriated-tungsten filament provides ample emission for long operating life. The multiphase water/vapor-cooled anode is capable of dissipation in excess of 100 kilowatts.

The 4CM100,000G is a tetrode featuring high-stability pyrolytic graphite grids and an internal structure which permits high efficiency operation to 110 MHz. The tube is recommended for Class AB or Class C RF amplifiers, Class AB AF amplifier or modulator service, as well as plate and screen modulated Class C RF amplifier service. The water-vapor cooled anode is rated for 100 kW dissipation.		 picture 4CM100,000A
