TUBE TH 583

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

photo TH583 The TH 583 is a ceramic-metal, high-power transmitting tetrode that is designed to be used as an AF power amplifier.
Incorporating advanced Pyrobloc grids, the TH 583 is able to operate with increased stability, reliability and operating life.
The TH 583 employs Thomson-CSF's patented Hypervapotron cooling system and is fitted with an integral water jacket. Consequently, its anode can dissipate 250 kW with a comfortable safety margin.
